Dear Parents and Students,
There will be a science fair June 15. This is a process that takes time so I encourage students to begin looking around for possible science experiments. Students should tell me what their science experiment will be by next Friday. This is an optional activity.
All experiments must be discussed with parents first. I can provide some guidance, but the projects will be completed at home and must be student made. All experiments should be conducted with parent supervision.
Students need to talk with me about their experiment before they begin.

- How can I change the color of celery?
- Fresh eggs normally sink in water. How can I make them float?
- How can I make music using water?
- How can I make an egg bounce? (This can be messy! Do your bouncing in a container.

- Students must get their own display boards. They can be gotten at Big C, Tesco Lotus, or Office Depot.

This is an example of
RESEARCH. Remember that the main purpose of this activity is to conduct an experiment where students explore science. The science fair is not about making a report. It's about sharing an experiment with others. This research was written after conducting the experiments.
